Exchange & Returns Policy
We understand that shopping online sometimes requires an exchange to get the right fit.
EXCHANGE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exchanges only. No refunds. If an item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
- 30-day exchange window. You have 30 days from when you receive your tracking info to file an exchange claim and postmark your exchange with a tracking number. Claims beyond this timeframe will be declined.
- Condition of items. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and in resellable condition.
- Processing time. Exchanges are processed within 2 business days. Please check your tracking number before contacting us for status updates.
- Final sale items. Sale items and custom-modified items cannot be exchanged.
- Shipping responsibility. Customers must cover return shipping costs. The Distinguished Beast will cover the shipping cost to send your exchange back to you.
- One-time exchange policy. Items that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again. Store credit purchases are final.
- Price differences. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, a check or cash must be included for the difference, payable to The Distinguished Beast, or store credit will be issued.
HOW TO BEGIN AN EXCHANGE:
Please email info@thedistinguishedbeast.com with the following details:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason for exchange
If your exchange qualifies, you will receive a Return Authorization Number, a printable Exchange Form, and the address to mail your exchange.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The Exchange Form must be included inside your return package. If not, store credit will be issued instead.
On rare occasions where a refund is granted at our discretion, any shipping costs covered by us will be deducted from the final refund amount.
