Shipping Carriers & Processing Times
🚚 Carrier: We exclusively ship via USPS at this time.
📦 Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
⏳ Handling Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected USPS shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but actual delivery times may vary due to USPS operations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once your package is handed over to USPS, they assume full responsibility for its delivery.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, you’ll need to file a missing package claim directly with USPS.
- The Distinguished Beast is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to USPS errors.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you. Orders shipped to invalid addresses are final and will not be replaced.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
